As the COVID-19 pandemic has spread across the globe, our firm, like other organizations, is experiencing the disruptions to everyday life and our business environment.
We have taken important steps to protect the health and safety of our lawyers and staff, our clients and our local community. We have implemented the following pandemic policies:
- reporting of illness
- limiting non-essential face to face meetings and events
- increased efforts to promote a clean and sanitary workplace
- imposed travel restrictions and policies that align with government travel advisories, including self-isolation procedures.
Our office in downtown Edmonton remains open but we request that you contact us via email or phone before you come in to see us. We are actively monitoring the information and advisories issued by relevant government agencies and local authorities. We have technology in place to allow our lawyers and staff to work remotely, allowing us to provide an uninterrupted high level of service to our clients, should our office close or lawyers or staff be required to work from home.
We remain together in purpose and committed to serving our clients and their legal needs to the fullest extent possible. Our policies and procedures may evolve as we adapt to this ever-changing situation. Every effort will be made to advise you of any changes in our delivery of legal services.
