As Chief Operating Officer of Ogilvie, Cassandra Gelinas leads the firm’s operations and works closely with its leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen how the firm works, and create an exceptional experience for both clients and people.

Cassandra brings more than a decade of experience in strategy, business operations, organizational transformation and people leadership. Prior to joining Ogilvie, she spent more than 10 years with Deloitte. Throughout her career, she has worked with leadership teams to turn strategy into action, navigate change and build stronger, more effective organizations.

Her leadership style is collaborative, curious and practical. She believes strong organizations are built by investing in their people, challenging the status quo and continually looking for better ways to work. At Ogilvie, that means supporting the firm’s people while identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and continuous improvement.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and served on the Board of Directors of the Parents Empowering Parents Society, an Alberta organization supporting families affected by a loved one’s substance use.
