Abhi has a diverse practice rooted in estate planning, estate administration, real estate law and corporate law, supported by a developing focus in tax and trust planning.
His legal experience spans a wide range, from high-stakes residential and commercial real estate development, advising condominium boards and developers on governance, construction disputes and litigation risk, to helping individuals and families navigate the emotional and financial complexities of estate planning and administration. Abhi has also handled complex leasing matters in various sectors including hospitality, retail, industrial and national parks.
He is passionate about understanding people, building trust, and guiding them through complexity with empathy. Having practiced law in both India and Canada, he offers a cross-cultural perspective that allows him to connect meaningfully with clients and deliver practical, precise solutions rooted in real-world experience.
His goal is simple: to help clients build, protect, and pass on what matters most, whether it’s a family home, a business, or a legacy of values.
