Ogilvie LLP currently has an opening for an experienced Receptionist with excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with a positive attitude in client service. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working in a professional services firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • As the face of the Firm, this position is responsible for the greeting of clients and ensuring they have a positive client service experience
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of our reception area
  • Answering phone calls, responding to the caller’s needs and transferring calls to the appropriate lawyer or assistant
  • Coordinating courier services – in and out-going deliveries
  • Strong attention to detail, skills in dealing with clients, correspondence and providing occasional support to the Administration team
The ideal candidate will have the following background, skills and experience:
  • Professionalism, confidence in their abilities and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office
  • The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
