THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently inviting qualified candidates who are interested in the reception position to join the Administration team in our Edmonton office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive and professional attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the face of the firm, this position is responsible for the greeting of clients and ensuring they have a positive client service experience
- Answering phone calls, responding to the caller’s needs and transferring calls to the appropriate lawyer or assistant
- Coordinating mail and courier services – incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Distributing faxes and emails
- Managing the day-to-day activities of our reception area, including ensuring that the boardrooms and reception areas are kept tidy
- Managing boardroom calendars and placing lunch orders
- Processing payments by cheque, debit and/or credit
- Processing closed files and arranging for off-site storage and pick up
- Occasional support to the administration team, as needed

- Worldox or Net Documents knowledge an asset
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years administrative/reception experience preferred
