THE OPPORTUNITY
We are inviting qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Real Estate experience to join the team in our Calgary office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive and professional attitude.

This position is a full-time, in office position.
Hours of work are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with Legal Assistants and Lawyers on sales, purchases and other real estate transactions
- The preparation of legal documents including mortgage papers and signing packages
- Conduct land title searches
- Provide administrative legal support to other paralegals and legal assistants
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team, meeting tight deadlines
- Other duties as assigned

- LawyerDoneDeal and Unity knowledge an asset
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Be a graduate of an accredited legal assistant program
- 2 or more years of real estate/conveyancing experience preferred
