THE OPPORTUNITY
Ogilvie LLP currently has an opening for a full-time, highly motivated Associate to join our Corporate/Commercial team.
We invite candidates with a strong background in Corporate/Commercial Law and procedures to apply.
Ogilvie’s Corporate/Commercial team advises clients, including corporations, partnerships, non-profits and sole proprietorships, on all types of matters and transactions, including incorporations, , corporate restructuring, corporate governance, commercial financing, commercial leasing, purchase and sale of commercial property, intellectual property leasing, contract review, purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, amalgamations, and various other matters and transactions.
We invite candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience who are interested in dealing with a variety of corporate/commercial matters for various organizations, working with multiple partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a positive and professional attitude.
