As Director of Operations at Ogilvie LLP and a member of the Ogilvie Management Committee, Kerry Samletzki brings strategic leadership and a comprehensive approach to operational excellence. As an experienced legal administrator, Kerry is accountable for finance, human resources, technology, marketing, and driving operational efficiencies.
She is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience driving operational excellence and strategic human resource leadership across legal, consulting, and corporate environments. Kerry has a proven track record in leading organizational change, optimizing business processes, and leading teams to achieve business objectives. She is recognized for effective collaboration with executive committees, implementing effective business solutions, and cultivating high-performing cultures.
Kerry is actively involved in professional associations, currently serving on the Nominating Committee of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), since 2025 and on the Executive of the Edmonton Law Office Management Association (ELOMA), ALA Chapter, since 2021. Her leadership roles include Past President, President, President-Elect and Secretary. She has also served as Secretary for the Business & Professional Women’s (BPW) Club of Edmonton Executive Directors and as a Member on the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Humane Society.
Outside the Office
Outside of her professional commitments, Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and pets. Her hobbies include spending time at the lake, walking the dogs, working out at the gym, skiing, cheering for the Oilers, and travelling.
