Ogilvie LLP - Corporate/Commercial Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our busy Corporate/Commercial team.

Ogilvie LLP is a well-established, successful and progressive firm that is home to some of the Provinces' top lawyers. Our Firm provides service to clients across six practice areas, including Real Estate, Corporate Commercial, Litigation, Personal Estate Services, Administrative Law and Insolvency and Restructuring.

We welcome applications from Associates who are a member in good standing with the Alberta Bar and having:
        • 3+ years of experience
        • An interest in dealing with a variety of corporate/commercial matters for both private and public sector organizations
        • An interest in working with the Managing Partner

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills; well-developed interpersonal skills; a strong work ethic; a willingness to learn; with a positive and professional attitude.
