Appointments

We are very proud of past firm members who have been appointed to the bench in recognition of their outstanding abilities.

Justice Michael O'Byrne. In 1967 Justice O'Byrne was appointed to the Supreme Court of Alberta. He later became a member of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, before retiring in 2000.

Justice Roger P. Kerans. In 1970 Justice Kerans was appointed to the District Court of the Province of Alberta. He retired in 1998 as a member of the Court of Appeal of Alberta

Justice Tellex W. Gallant. Justice Gallant was appointed to the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in 1984.
