As a Corporate Commercial Legal Assistant, you will work under the direction of a Senior Corporate Commercial Paralegal. Our ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate or in conveyancing. You are a self-starter, have an aptitude for details, excellent drafting and communication skills with the ability to produce quality legal documents. Your track record demonstrates that you have the potential for growth and can work independently on commercial real estate and commercial financing transactions.

Intermediate to Senior Conveyancers
Our ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the area of Real Estate. You will work independently at the intermediate to senior level on builder, residential, resale or commercial transactions for a Senior Partner. Your well-honed skills allow you to provide guidance to others and work as part of the team in this fast paced environment. Knowledge of Condo and Developer work a definite asset.

We invite intermediate to senior litigation assistants with ideally a minimum of 2-5 years experience in civil litigation to apply. Successful candidates will bring strong administrative, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills, along with an aptitude for details.
